Welcome to the bright and modern 40 sqm one-bedroom apartment, perfect for 2 people, located just 3 km from the Duomo, in a characteristic multicultural area a few minutes' walk from Porta Vittoria Station. The "Porta Verde Miniloft" is a cozy and well-maintained structure, completely renovated in May 2022.
You can easily reach the city center and any other area of the city, thanks to the convenient connection with surface transport and the Porta Vittoria suburban train. In front of the apartment, you will find a supermarket and just 100 meters away, a pharmacy.
The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay for 2 people, including a washer-dryer, dishwasher, air conditioning, Nespresso coffee machine, and microwave. You will also find a 45-inch Smart TV and Amazon Alexa. Of course, towels and bed linen will be provided.
The location is extremely convenient for those traveling by car, thanks to easy parking, as well as for those using public transport, with bus and tram stops right outside the house.
